Studio Classes

Research shows that to improve fitness levels it is vital to cross train. If you are daunted or demotivated working in the gym, this is the class for you. We do an aerobic warm up and stretch, and then working through a series of timed sessions rotating cardio vascular and strength and endurance disciplines with aerobic intervals throughout to maintain intensity. It's a top to toe class you can’t afford to miss.


The Monday feeling warm up and workout for all. A simple high and low aerobic component and sculpting work makes this an all round fat burner with fab abs and stretch to start the week on a high.


This program combines high repetition weight training with a specially designed barbell system into a pre-choreographed athletic fun workout set to powerful motivating music. The results are fast and you can change the shape of your body. More Info


A dynamic workout for all levels. An easy to follow step section targeting those impossible areas, concentrating on good hard work, not complicated choreography.


A Choreographed class for all levels. A mixture of aerobics or step and toning exercises to provide a full body workout; each week will never be the same.


An aerobic warm up, stretch and 20 minute cardio section gives the class a kick-start. Resistance training to sculpt the upper body and legs and abs to finish.


Mid-week total body circuit. Following a simple warm up and stretch, work the whole body through a series of muscular, strength, endurance and cardio-vascular exercises. A completely balanced class for all levels of experience and fitness. Never the same from one week to the next, just to keep you on your toes.


Using two steps this class is for the intermediate to advanced stepper. Simple choreography links the two pieces of equipment to produce a fun, action packed class for anybody of appropriate level.


This class is run in 6 week courses, it will educate and inspire you and change the way that you think about exercise and movement. Pilates is excellent for helping to relieve back pain and is recommended by many osteopaths.


This is circuit based in the gym – a must for all gym newcomers and aimed at the over 50’s.


An excellent cross training class for all levels of fitness. The resistance provided by the water is much greater than air so moving in the water is almost three times as hard – no impact, no delayed muscle soreness, and a really great workout for everyone. More Info

A self defence class for all, come along and have some fun


A martial art class including kicking & boxing, all equipment provided, fun had by all.
